Your information, and why we handle it.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, work email, organisation, role, area of interest, message and consent. We also record a reference, submission time and review status. We use a temporary, non-readable reference based on your internet address to limit abuse. It is not stored with your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request, scope an engagement, and manage follow-up. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorise payment. We do not send enquiry content to an AI model.

Storage and providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores encrypted enquiry details for Made. Authorised Made administrators can reveal the details in a protected dashboard; reveals are audited. Cloudflare may process technical and service information outside Australia. We do not promise Australia-only website or enquiry processing.

Retention

Website enquiries expire after 90 days unless deleted earlier. Daily abuse-control records expire after two days; enquiry-access audit events expire after 30 days. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, records needed for that engagement and any legal recordkeeping are handled under the agreed service arrangements.

Cookies, examples and analytics

The public walkthrough uses fictional examples and runs in your browser. The cost calculator also runs locally. We do not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics in this site. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. Signing in requires separate authorisation.

Information handled by the Veil service

The managed protection service processes original information using Cloudflare. The AI answering your request receives the protected version. Saved identity records remain until manually deleted, and request history and access records expire after 30 days. Review security and data handling and the terms agreed for your deployment before supplying real data.

Access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern

Use the privacy enquiry option to ask about information we hold or raise a concern. Include your enquiry reference if you have one, but do not send identity documents or sensitive records through the public form. We may need to verify your authority before disclosing or changing information. If you remain concerned, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Updates

We will update the date and this notice when the website’s handling materially changes. The policy describes the current launch site; a specific service agreement may contain additional processing terms.
