Before you commit.
Is the pilot an automatic subscription?
No. The pilot is a one-off scoped engagement. Managed service starts only after a separate agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not create a subscription.
What happens after the pilot?
Review the evidence with us. Continue with the A$199/month managed offer within the agreed scope, assess private hosting, change the workflow or stop. There is no second managed onboarding charge after the pilot.
How do usage charges work?
We agree usage rates and a spending budget before activation. These are separate from the service fee. Your quote explains how charges will be measured and invoiced.
Can we use more than three workflows?
Yes. We agree a quote based on the work involved, expected use and support your team needs.
